As the pandemic prompted therapists and clients to transition to teletherapy, many began to love the benefits it offers. This allows you the convenience, flexibility, and empowerment of being in your space rather than a counseling office.
More importantly, people often feel safer in their home when exploring vulnerable topics that therapy may bring up. You can be in the comfort of your home, with your pet and a cozy cup of tea or coffee beside you.
I will send you a HIPAA compliant video link where we will meet each session. I am happy to help you set up our initial teletherapy session as I know it can be tricky at first!
*Virtual therapy is only available for clients who reside in Colorado due to state licensing laws.
*CWC is offering virtual therapy only

Therapy with me is a space where you can show up as your most authentic self, regardless of what that looks like in that moment. I will never judge you or what is bringing you into this space. In fact, I find it incredibly courageous to take this step.
I am committed to creating a space where you feel heard, seen, and accepted. I hope to extend empathy, warmth, and compassion to you as we navigate your journey of healing together.
Please read more on my About page and set up a free consultation to see if we are a good fit!

I truly believe that everyone can benefit from therapy! Many people choose to begin counseling because they have reached a point where they cannot do it alone and could use some outside perspective and hope.
This may present itself through a consistent feeling of depression, insecurity, stuckness, anxiety, and relational issues, to name a few.
The beauty of therapy is that I will be your advocate, cheerleader, confidant, and fellow traveler on your journey toward healing. We will work together to process your unique story and grow in self-awareness, self-trust, and empowerment. We will integrate new skills and reframe parts of your story into a narrative that feels like the most authentic you.

I take a holistic and flexible approach to therapy to tailor the experience to what you uniquely need. I commonly approach treatment through a lens of Narrative Therapy and Internal Family Systems Therapy with a focus on integrating Attachment Theory as well as a strengths-based and relational approach.
I know that is therapy jargon; we can talk more about what that looks like in the therapy room if you’re curious!

I know these letters don’t mean much to most people, rightfully so! Below is a breakdown of them so you know exactly what my credentials mean.
LPC: This stands for Licensed Professional Counselor. This is for individuals who have graduated with a Master’s degree and are in good-standing with the state board. This licensure status means I have completed the pre-licensed requirements of meeting with clients for an additional 2 years and 2,000+ postgraduate session hours, totalling over 4+ years minimum of supervised client experience.
MA: This stands for Master of Arts degree and indicates that the therapist has obtained a Master’s degree for their area of expertise. My degree is a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.
NCC: This stands for National Certified Counselor. To become fully licensed, counselors must pass a national exam to ensure that their knowledge and practice is up to par with the national standards for the counseling profession. These credentials mean that I have taken and passed this exam.
